2025 Implementation Plan
The 2025 plan leverages the possible use of existing venues such as office spaces, dining areas and conference room facilities. Improved roadways for testing environments, a rentable garage to support testing and EV charging stations are the highlight of this phase.
The plan features 5 miles of paved roadways and a ‘city roadway grid’ for testing. Wi-Fi connectivity is available through the Camp Atterbury network, and aerial testing is feasible within the managed airspace of the Indiana National Guard.

Implementation Plan
The PRŪV proving ground will provide an independent and secure location to test state-of-the-art, next generation advanced mobility innovations, including commercial vehicles and associated technology for industry and defense clients.
The Vision Plan will encompass an advanced proving ground campus and is envisioned to include a vehicle dynamics area, urban street grid, rural roads, off-road terrain, and support facilities for flexibility of testing scenarios. The campus will be available 24/7 for use by vehicle, system and component developers, suppliers, technology companies, researchers and government entities.
Problem Solving
PRŪV Mobility Deploys Volt Vault™ EV Charging for Vehicle Testing PRŪV Mobility has integrated a Level 3 Volt Vault™ EV charging unit at its Camp Atterbury, Indiana testing facility.
Over three months, the team will assess vehicle, battery, and charger performance under increasing payloads.
Initially planning for Level 2 chargers, PRŪV Mobility faced utility delays that threatened the project. The Volt Vault solution allowed testing to stay on track, with installation completed in just five weeks.
